The Myojo Chukazanmai series is one of the sub-brands of instant noodles manufacturer Myojo. These instant cup noodles allow you to experience the taste of premium Chinese restaurants in Japan. This product is the instant version of Cantonese soy sauce ramen noodles and its recipe is advised by Akasaka Rikyu.
Like the original ramen at Akasaka Rikyu, this product is made with the deep umami of meats and oyster sauce. Its secret ingredient sesame oil enhances the flavor of the soup while stimulating your appetite.
The Akasaka Rikyu is a luxury Cantonese restaurant located in the Akasaka district. This restaurant minimizes the use of oils and spices but proactively uses the umami of dried foods, so it is said that its dishes feature a gentle taste.
Remove the packet of liquid soup that is attached to the lid.
Peel off the lid just below the halfway point, then pour hot water until the water level reaches the line on the inner side of the cup.
After pouring, close the lid, and wait for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid, then stir well. After mixing these ingredients, the ramen is ready to eat.
