This is instant shio yakisoba (salt flavor fried noodles), which is another variation of yakisoba noodles eaten in Japan. It contains 130g of noodles, which is 30% more than ordinary instant yakisoba noodles.

The sauce has a salty flavor with the punch of chicken and onion umami.

It also contains a special spice of flavorsome basil. Enjoy its spicy aftertaste.

Instructions

Peel off the lid just below halfway and remove all the packets (dehydrated soup, spices, and garnish) from the cup.

Open the garnish package (the transparent one) and add it to the cup, then pour hot water until the water level reaches the line on the inner side of the cup.

After pouring, close the lid and wait for 3 minutes.

Peel off a small lid attached to one of the four corners of the lid, which has drainage water holes. Drain the water from here, making sure to drain all the water and hold the opened lid to prevent leakage of noodles.

Remove all of the lid, and add powdered sauce and spices. Mix these well, and your yakisoba is ready to eat.
