The Myojo Chukazanmai series is one of the sub-brands of instant noodles manufacturer Myojo. These high-class instant noodles recreate the taste of prominent Chinese restaurants in Japan. This product is the instant version of Cantonese soy sauce ramen noodles and is supervised by Akasaka Rikyu.
It comes with extra-chewy non-fried noodles and a blended soup of XO sauce and oyster sauce. The soupâs sharpness and rich umami of meat and seafood are reminiscent of that created by Akasaka Rikyu.
The Akasaka Rikyu is a luxury Cantonese restaurant located in the Akasaka district. This restaurant minimizes the use of oils and spices but proactively uses the umami of dried foods, so it is said that its dishes have a gentle taste.
Put the noodles into 500ml (16.9 us fl oz.) of hot water and cook them for 4 minutes while unraveling them.
Add the liquid soup and powder soup first, then the hot water and noodles to the ramen bowl. Stir them well and it is ready to eat. Add some toppings like meat and vegetables to make this ramen tastier and heartier.
