Namisato Rice Bread Crumbs are a substitute batter ingredient for conventional panko (bread crumbs). Literally made from rice, they create a light and crispy batter that is healthier than panko.
These rice crumbs have 70% less oil absorption efficiency than those made with flour. As a result, the batter is less greasy and remains delicious even when eaten cold.
This product is gluten-free and does not contain 27 allergic materials (abalone, apple, banana, beef, buckwheat, cashew nut, chicken, crab, egg, gelatin, kiwi, mackerel, matsutake mushroom, milk, orange, peach, peanut, pork, salmon, salmon roe, sesame, shrimp, soybean, squid, yam, and walnut).
