This instant pancake mix contains absolutely zero wheat flour. That's right, it's made with rice flour and brown rice flour making it 100% gluten-free.

A tasty, chewy instant pancake mix made with various domestically-grown Japanese grains with great nutrition, such as: Japanese rice flour, brown rice flour, red rice flour, adzuki bean flour, and sticky millet flour. The end result is a chewy and moist pancake, unlike anything you've eaten before.

Instructions

1. Mix one bag (200g) of pancake mix with 200-250ml of milk or skim milk, and one medium egg (if desired).
2. Mix until combined.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and let cool slightly after lowering the heat.
4. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the center of the pan.
5. Cook over medium heat for three minutes or until ready.
6. Flip and cook for a further two minutes.
